Editing Clients on Mobile

Overview Maintaining your client base and client-related data is crucial to your business operations. These steps relate to the mobile platform only. Steps Select the "More" tab at the bottom navigation and select "Clients". Select the Client you wish to edit from your list. Edit your Client's details as needed. The only required fields are Business Name for a Business type, and Primary Contact details for an Individual client type.

Creating a Client on Desktop

Overview To build your client structure in your JCards account, always start by creating a client. These steps apply to the desktop platform only. Steps Select the “Clients” tab on the left-hand side navigation bar. Select the “Add Client” blue button along the top navigation. Add your client profile details. Select between the Company and Individual client type, and complete their primary contact details. You can also upload a client logo or graphic for easy reference in your dashboard.

Inviting Team Members on Mobile

Overview Inviting team members to your team account is among the first steps to take to setup your account. Once you've invited members to your team, you can begin assigning clients and jobs to them. Watch Video Tutorial Steps Select the “More” tab on the bottom navigation bar and select “Team”. Select the “+” symbol on the top right corner to invite a new person as a Team Member.

Creating a Job on Mobile

Overview Once you've created Clients and Team Members, it's time to create Jobs to link them. You can also assign Sub-Items within Jobs for larger tasks. Watch Video Tutorial Steps Select the “More” tab on the bottom navigation bar and select “Job Sites". Select the “+” symbol on the top right corner to fill in the “Job Details”. Input a Name for your Job, and select the Client you want to assign that job to.

This includes their first name, surname, email, phone and role.

Creating a Job on Desktop

Overview To start assigning team members to clients, you will need to setup your job sites. These steps apply to the desktop platform only. Steps Select the “Job Sites” tab on the left-hand side navigation bar. Select the “Add Job Site” blue button at the top navigation. Add your job site name and shortcode, select your client from the dropdown, and confirm their address. Here, you can also add details in the Notes section.
